Mosaic Collective was founded in Hong Kong — at the crossroads of East and West — with a clear mission: to create a space where ethnic minority and culturally diverse creators aren't an afterthought in influencer marketing — they're the strategy.
Growing up across Asia, our founders saw first-hand how the global marketing industry overlooked the richness of Asian, South Asian, and diaspora communities. Brands wanted “diverse faces” without understanding the cultures behind them. Creators were brought in for optics, not for their insight. We knew there was a better way.
From our base in Asia, we built Mosaic to be the bridge — connecting global brands who genuinely want to reach multicultural audiences with creators who live and breathe those communities every day. Not tokenism. Not trend-chasing. Real cultural fluency that drives real results.
Today, we operate globally across beauty, fashion, food, tech, and entertainment — delivering campaigns from Hong Kong to London, Mumbai to Birmingham. Because when the voice is authentic, the audience knows.
